This role combines technical coordination, stakeholder management, and hands-on project leadership.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li>Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple countries</li><li>Manage projects end-to-end, from early requirements through to implementation</li><li>Oversee timelines, budgets, risk, and quality throughout the lifecycle</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal teams</li><li>Translate technical requirements into clear, structured plans</li><li>Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders</li><li>Support technical reviews, manufacturing coordination, and site-related activities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Background</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Engineering or similar technical field</li><li>Solid experience in project management within a technical or industrial setting</li><li>Good understanding of mechanical or electrical systems</li><li>Comfortable working in international environments</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What To Expect</strong></p><ul><li>Involvement in large-scale infrastructure and data centre projects</li><li>Occasional travel for:</li><li>Site visits</li><li>Manufacturing / supplier meetings</li><li>Travel typically 1–2 weeks per year (up to ~4 weeks max)</li><li>Flexible hybrid working:</li><li>Around 10 days per month remote</li><li>Ability to work remotely in longer blocks where needed</li><li>International working environment with exposure across Europe</li></ul> </div>
