The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.</p>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and oversee project activities from initiation to completion</li><li>Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders</li><li>Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports</li><li>Manage project budgets, resources, and risk assessments</li><li>Ensure compliance with Swiss business regulations and company standards</li><li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies</li><li>Facilitate meetings, presentations, and communication between departments</li><li>Track project performance using project management tools and KPIs</li><li>Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Trello, or other project management software</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage</li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Excellent stakeholder management abilities</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
