The candidate must have strong Scrum capabilities and hands-on experience driving Agile delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.</p><p>The role involves leading digital banking product initiatives and working closely with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality mobile banking solutions.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Own and manage product roadmap, backlog, user stories, and delivery priorities.</li><li>Gather and refine business requirements for mobile and digital banking platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, frontend/backend developers, QA, and UX teams.</li><li><strong>Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies</strong> (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).</li><li>Actively drive Agile delivery and ensure sprint commitments are met.</li><li>Coordinate frontend and backend development teams for end-to-end delivery.</li><li>Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.</li><li>Support API integrations, digital payments, and banking platform enhancements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards.</li><li>Track product performance and drive continuous improvements.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager in Banking or FinTech.</li><li>Mandatory experience in:</li><li>Mobile Banking / eBanking platforms</li><li>FinTech products and solutions</li><li>Digital Banking applications</li><li><strong>Strong Scrum capabilities with hands-on experience leading Agile ceremonies and delivery teams</strong></li><li>Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Jira, and SDLC processes.</li><li>Experience with APIs, digital payments, and banking integrations.</li><li>Hands-on understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
