Our collaborative culture is built on shared values that guide how we work, innovate, and support our customers.<br/><br/><strong>About The Role<br/><br/></strong>We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of IXOPAY's Payments Intelligence platform.<br/><br/>In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers to build data-driven products that help merchants optimize payment performance, improve conversion rates, manage risk, and make smarter business decisions. You'll balance customer needs, market trends, and business priorities to deliver innovative solutions that have measurable impact.<br/><br/>What You'll Do<br/><br/><ul><li>Own and prioritize the product backlog for Payment front-end related products and AI Payments Intelligence.</li><li>Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps based on customer feedback, market trends, and business value.</li><li>Partner with Engineering to deliver features including observability, AI-powered insights, anomaly detection, dashboards, and workflow automation.</li><li>Collaborate with Design to create intuitive user experiences for analytics, reporting, configuration, and payment management.</li><li>Analyze payment and transaction data trends to identify opportunities, validate product decisions, and define meaningful KPIs.</li><li>Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, gather feedback, and continuously improve the platform.</li><li>Support go-to-market activities by creating product documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.</li><li>Stay current with emerging trends in payments, AI, analytics, and regulatory requirements to inform produc<br/><br/></li></ul>What You'll Bring<br/><br/><strong>Required<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>5+ years of Product Management or Payments Management experience with focus on data analytics or payment setups</li><li>Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including payment orchestration, acquiring, payment gateways, PSPs, or financial operations.</li><li>Experience defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering products using Agile methodologies.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using data to guide product decisions and measure outcomes.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Experience working for a merchant, payment service provider, acquirer, or payments technology company.</li><li>Experience with business intelligence or analytics platforms such as Grafana, Tableau, or Metabase.</li><li>Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive products.</li><li>Familiarity with UX design processes and creating user experiences for analytics or enterprise applications.<br/><br/></li></ul>Location<br/><br/>This is a remote-friendly position based in Germany or European Union .
