<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Permanent position</strong></li><li><strong>Work location: Munich (hybrid)</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support in the definition of the product vision and strategy</li><li>Create and maintain the product roadmap and make sure it is aligned with the company's financial planning</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure that program and technical priorities are aligned with the product strategy and roadmap</li><li>Merge the customer voice with company priorities</li><li>Engage with the market and translate expressed stakeholder needs into well-defined market and product requirements</li><li>Own the top-level requirements and be closely aligned with the Systems Engineer</li><li>Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, effort, and strategic fit</li><li>Evaluate new markets and partnerships with a focus on strategic fit and technical feasibility</li><li>Ensure the product is communicated clearly and compellingly to the market by coordinating product releases, campaigns, GTM and pricing strategies with the Head of Marketing and Head of Communications</li><li>Provide technical and product details for brochures, website, social media, etc.</li><li>Support for business cases and investment proposals</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration</li><li>Additional qualifications are a plus</li><li>Solid technical understanding of drone and propulsion technology</li><li>Basic familiarity with aerospace development processes</li><li>High-level understanding of technical feasibility and trade-offs</li><li> &gt;3 years of product or project management experience in fast-paced environments</li><li>Track record of leading cross-functional teams</li><li>Creativity and strategic thinking</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset</li><li>Strong communication skills and fluency in English</li></ul><p></p> </div>
