We combine lean process expertise with IoT hardware and custom software to give manufacturing and supply chain teams real-time control over their operations. Our product portfolio includes sample.flow®</strong> (sample tracking for the fashion industry), <strong>production.flow®</strong> (production tracking e.g. for footwear & fashion), and <strong>onepiece.flow®</strong> (single-piece flow digitalization for the SME factory floor). </p><p>We are transforming from a project-driven consulting business into a scalable product company. Product vision and strategy are set by our CEO & Founder. Your job is to take that vision and make it real — structured, specified, prioritised, and delivered by our software development team in Amman, Jordan.</p><p><br/></p>The Role<p>You work directly with the CEO & Founder to bring the Make Work Flow product vision to life across our entire portfolio. You translate strategic direction into a clear roadmap, break it down into precise specifications, and ensure our development team in Amman has everything they need to build the right things — correctly and on time. You are the operational backbone of product at MWF: structured, reliable, and deeply connected to both the business and the build.</p><p><br/></p>ResponsibilitiesRoadmap & Backlog<p>– Translate product strategy and CEO direction into a structured, prioritised roadmap across all portfolio products</p><p>– Own and maintain product backlogs — well-defined, prioritised, and visible to the whole team at all times</p><p>– Support pricing and packaging decisions with structured analysis and clear product breakdowns</p><p>– Make confident prioritisation calls within the strategic guardrails set by the CEO</p><p>– Track milestones, manage cross-product dependencies, and flag risks early</p>Specs & Development Coordination<p>– Write tech packs and product specifications that the Amman development team can build from without follow-up questions</p><p>– Translate business goals and user needs into clear user stories and unambiguous acceptance criteria</p><p>– Act as the primary product interface to the development team — Hamburg defines, Amman builds</p><p>– Coordinate closely with our technical lead in Amman (Suhaib) to ensure smooth handoffs and delivery</p><p>– Lead backlog refinement and sprint reviews — keeping ceremonies lean and outcome-focused</p>Business Analysis & Client Insight<p>– Analyse client requirements and translate them into product decisions — not one-off customisations</p><p>– Join client conversations and demos to collect product feedback directly from the source</p><p>– Understand the pain points of manufacturing and supply chain teams deeply enough to challenge assumptions</p><p>– Communicate product status, changes, and decisions clearly to all stakeholders</p><p><br/></p>What You BringExperience<p>– Proven track record as a Product Manager or Product Owner — ideally in B2B SaaS or industrial software</p><p>– Experience working across multiple products or workstreams simultaneously; portfolio thinking is a strong advantage</p><p>– Hands-on experience writing specs and user stories that engineering teams can act on independently</p><p>– Experience steering remote or distributed development teams — you know how to make async collaboration work</p><p>– Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you set the structure rather than inherit it</p>Skills & Competencies<p>– Technical fluency: you communicate with developers at eye level and understand what you are asking them to build</p><p>– Strong command of agile methodologies; experienced with PM tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Linear, or Notion</p><p>– Analytically sharp — you use data to inform decisions, not to decorate them</p><p>– Clear, structured communicator — in writing, in specs, and in rooms with both engineers and executives</p><p>– Excellent English; German is a strong plus for our DACH client base</p>What Sets You Apart<p>– You are a strong executor who brings order to complexity without losing sight of the bigger picture</p><p>– You ask the right questions before writing a single line of spec</p><p>– You know the difference between a product decision and a client favour — and you hold that line</p><p>– You thrive working closely with a founder: you are comfortable with a strong vision and know how to operationalise it</p><p><br/></p>What We Offer<p>– A central role in a company actively transforming from consulting to product — your work shapes what MWF becomes</p><p>– Direct access to the CEO & Founder — short feedback loops, real decisions, no layers</p><p>– International setup: Hamburg headquarters with an agile development team in Amman, Jordan</p><p>– A lean team that moves fast and values clear thinking over process theatre</p><p>– A product portfolio with real clients, real manufacturing processes, and real growth potential</p><p>– Competitive compensation aligned to experience & lots of fun</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p><span>Send your CV and a short note — no cover letter template needed.
