We combine deep shopfloor Lean experience with software to build what factories actually need: clarity, flow, speed, and control.</p><p><br/></p><p>Now we’re looking for a Lean & Digital Implementation Lead (m/f/d) to drive real implementations with real impact.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end customer implementations of our Flow platform (sample.flow, production.flow, onepiece.flow)</li><li>Lead on-site workshops in factories to understand processes, identify bottlenecks, and define target workflows</li><li>Translate Lean principles (flow, pull, visual management) into digital, scalable implementations</li><li>Coordinate closely with Product & Engineering teams in Hamburg and our tech hub in Amman (Jordan)</li><li>Drive timelines, milestones, risks, and outcomes — hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented</li><li>Continuously improve our implementation playbooks, templates, and rollout standards</li><li>Act as a trusted sparring partner for customer operations teams and management</li><li>Optionally: help build and mentor future project managers as we scale (not mandatory)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p><p>You come from a manufacturing or operations background and:</p><ul><li>Have 2–6 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, operations, or Lean environments</li><li>Know the shop floor is where value is created – and enjoys being there</li><li>Have worked with Lean, Operational Excellence, or production systems (formally or informally)</li><li>Are technically curious and enjoys working with digital tools (you don’t need to code, but you need to understand how tools enable flow)</li><li>Can manage projects without hiding behind bureaucracy or PowerPoint</li><li>Communicate clearly with shopfloor teams <em>and</em> management</li><li>Are comfortable traveling to customer sites 1–2 times per month</li><li>A formal degree is not required. We value practical shopfloor experience and problem-solving ability over titles.</li></ul><p>You don’t need to be a Lean Black Belt.
