<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>IT:U is a new technical university in Austria (Linz) dedicated to digital transformation, driven by interdisciplinary research and project-based learning to actively shape this transformation and advance it with a solution-oriented approach.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Join us as a Process Analyst (f/m/d)</strong></p><p>Full-time or part-time employment (from 35 hours per week)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your tasks and responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes, identify opportunities for automation and intelligent workflow improvements</li><li>Design and map business processes in collaboration with Product and Business Analysts, focusing on workflow optimization and automation opportunities</li><li>Be the champion and expert for SAP Signavio BPM tooling to assist in the transformation of traditional ways of process design</li><li>Work in an agile environment, facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development</li><li>Assess business process performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights</li><li>Support project and change initiatives through process analysis, documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder coordination</li><li>Develop documentation that supports business processes and project delivery</li><li>Collaborate with academic staff and technology teams to incorporate stakeholder and student feedback into continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your strengths and skills:</strong></p><ul><li>A degree in Business Informatics or a related field</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in process modelling and optimization</li><li>Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 and in larger digital transformation initiatives (e.g. IT or change projects)</li><li>Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or a similar tool)</li><li>Understanding of systems and integration awareness</li><li>English skills on minimum level C1 (German skills are an asset)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal and active listening skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders; a highly organized, structured, proactive, and curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn to use new technology solutions</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong></p><ul><li>Meaningful and varied tasks in an innovative educational and research institution with an international focus</li><li>A culture that values creativity, curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning</li><li>Unique opportunity to help build a new university</li><li>Social activities that foster a collaborative work environment</li><li>Free parking or Climate Ticket Upper Austria</li><li>Flexible working hours through a flextime model and the option for home office</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Competitive compensation starting from € 50.000 yearly gross salary.</p> </div>
