<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Skills Set Required: </strong></p><p>A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience and successful performance in:</p><p>a) Business analysis for IT software application improvement and development projects.</p><p>(b) IT system requirements and acceptance criteria creation.</p><p>(c) Business process optimization and data workflow analysis.</p><p>(d) Conducting user interviews and feedback sessions.</p><p>(e) Participation in IT solution design process.</p><p>(a) Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.</p><p>(b) Strong understanding of application development, particularly for low code/no-code solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).</p><p>(c) Ability to work closely with business representatives to capture needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams.</p><p>(d) Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>(e) Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines in an iterative, agile development environment.</p><p>(f) Excellent knowledge of English; good knowledge of another UN language is an asset.</p><p>First-level university degree in Information Technology;</p><p>Business Administration; or other relevant field (b) Business analysis certification</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><p>(a) Ability to work with JIRA and testing software.</p><p>(b) Understanding of enterprise relational databases and integration patterns</p><p>(c) Familiarity with AI-enabled applications (e.g., chatbots, intelligent assistants, agents) and ability to identify opportunities for their use in business process improvement Experience</p><p>(D) Experience with legacy IT systems, and established business workflows</p> </div>
