Desirable: CBAP or other IIBA certification.</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience using the proven frameworks such as SCRUM software development framework (ideally including SCRUM master or product owner certification or equivalent such as CPOA or PSPO)</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience in performing the role of a business analyst in large-scale IT software application development projects with dozens of stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p>Good knowledge and experience in using tools to document processes and workflows, such as Use Case Diagrams, User stories, Data and Process Flow Diagrams etc.</p><p><br/></p><p>Good knowledge in measuring and tracking delivery of systems as fit for purpose and in accordance with agreed requirements (KPIs, quality measurements &amp; control points)</p><p><br/></p><p>Experience with large and complex customer data related initiatives and related technologies</p><p><br/></p><p>Confident communicator and team player, with advanced/proficient level written and verbal English communication skills</p><p>Experience</p><p>Required:</p><p>10 years of professional experience in Business Analysis in the context of IT integration, digital services and digital transformation.</p><p>The resource will work within the Information and Communications Technology Department, reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager.
