<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Project Management and Resource Coordination</strong> </li><li>Responsible for evaluating and planning logistics-related internal and external projects (e.g., time efficiency optimization, cost reduction, system construction, internal and external special initiatives, etc.).</li><li>Make routine decisions during projects and address issues promptly to ensure smooth project progress.</li><li>Develop project plans with clear timelines and key milestones, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Resolve bottlenecks during the project, facilitate horizontal communication, provide relevant project updates, and report project status, risks, and issues to management.</li><li>Integrate and coordinate project resources to avoid resource conflicts and priority misalignments; ensure proper project summarization and review.</li><li>Accumulate and refine project management experience and methodologies, enhance the project management system, and improve the department’s project management capabilities through knowledge-building initiatives.</li></ul><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>SOP Development and Mechanism Building</strong> </li><li>Analyze and establish standard operating procedures (SOP), operational mechanisms, and collaboration frameworks for the department and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Build and continuously optimize essential processes such as project management, information flow, and decision-making support to improve team collaboration efficiency.</li><li>Serve as the process governance center, driving institutionalized and standardized operations to foster scalable and sustainable business development.</li></ul><p><br/></p><ul><li><strong>Meeting Management and Task Follow-Up</strong> </li><li>Organize and lead departmental weekly meetings, special project meetings, and cross-functional collaboration meetings, defining meeting objectives and agendas.</li><li>Document meeting minutes, assign tasks, and track the progress and closure of key matters.</li><li>Establish repeatable meeting and project follow-up mechanisms, promoting a departmental culture of “information transparency + action closure.”</li></ul><p><br/></p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in logistics, supply chain, or management.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Over 3 years of experience in project management or PMO-related roles; candidates with e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, or transportation experience are preferred.</li><li>Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently handle complex projects and drive their progress.</li><li>Proficient in common project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira, Excel, or PowerPoint-based project templates).</li><li>Excellent logical thinking and structured communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in English as the working language, capable of seamless cross-cultural communication; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.</li></ul><p></p> </div>
