<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Senior Project Planner (CAPEX | Brownfield) – Contract</strong></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>We are supporting a leading organization in the life sciences/manufacturing sector with the search for a <strong>Senior Project Planner</strong> to support a high-value <strong>brownfield CAPEX project</strong> at an operational production site in Switzerland.</p><p>This is a key role ensuring effective <strong>project planning, scheduling, and coordination</strong> within a live manufacturing environment where maintaining production continuity is critical.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, manage, and continuously update<strong> integrated project schedules</strong></li><li>Ensure alignment between<strong> project execution and manufacturing operations</strong></li><li>Coordinate<strong> equipment installation activitie</strong>s within an active facility</li><li>Manage complex<strong> shutdown planning and scheduling constraints</strong></li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with:</li><li>Engineering & project teams</li><li>Site operations & productions</li><li>Quality and other stakeholders</li><li>Support<strong> project controls activitie</strong>s, including progress tracking and reporting</li><li>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure<strong> on-time delivery</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as <strong>a Senior Planner / Project Controls Speciali</strong>st on CAPEX projects</li><li>Strong background i<strong>n brownfield projec</strong>ts withi<strong>n pharma, biotech, or complex manufacturing</strong></li><li>Solid understanding o<strong>f operational environments and production impact</strong></li><li>Experience managin<strong>g sensitive scheduling with production constraints</strong></li><li>Proficiency i<strong>n Primavera </strong>P6 (essential)</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Ability to operate in <strong>a fast-paced, evolving environment</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Role is based on-site in Visp, Switzerland</li><li>Contract position (18 months) with potential for extension depending on project pipeline visibility</li><li>Opportunity to work on a high-impact project within a dynamic and collaborative environment</li></ul> </div>
