You will own key acquisition channels and be responsible for turning paid traffic into profitable revenue growth across multiple e-commerce stores. Working in a lean, high-ownership environment, you will continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to unlock new levels of efficiency and scale. The position blends media buying, funnel optimization, and commercial strategy, requiring both analytical depth and strong execution speed. You will collaborate closely with founders and creative teams to shape marketing direction and improve overall customer acquisition performance. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented e-commerce environments.<br/><br/><strong>Accountabilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) media buying across multiple DTC brands, including campaign setup, testing, scaling, and budget allocation.</li><li>Monitor daily performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability across campaigns and funnels.</li><li>Optimize key e-commerce KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV to maximize commercial performance.</li><li>Identify funnel drop-offs and lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve customer journeys and revenue outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams by providing performance insights, testing ideas, and data-driven feedback for ad and content optimization.</li><li>Analyze pricing strategies, bundles, offers, and upsell structures to increase average order value and customer lifetime value.</li><li>Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across analytics platforms and reporting tools.</li><li>Work closely with founders and stakeholders to define and execute scalable growth strategies.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br/><br/></strong>The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth, with a proven ability to manage paid media campaigns at scale. You are highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable making decisions based on data.
