Please find out more by reading our JEDI statement which can be found here.<br/><br/>This role is a remote role based in Germany and is offered on a fixed-term contract of approximately six months.<br/><br/><strong>THE ROLE<br/><br/></strong>Germany is one of our start up markets, having launched in 2025 we are now working to grow the market. This is a maternity cover role to lead delivery of the marketing plan in Germany.<br/><br/>Reporting to the Head of EU Marketing, you will be the person who makes German marketing happen: planning and delivering the campaign calendar, adapting our brand and product story for a German audience, and working alongside performance teams to optimise the plan day to day.<br/><br/>We are not looking for someone to reinvent the German strategy in six months; we are looking for an excellent marketer who can pick up where we are, support us to optimise and leave the market in great shape.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do<br/><br/></strong><strong>German market marketing<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Own and deliver the German marketing calendar: campaigns, launches, and always-on activity, on time and on brand.</li><li>Adapt brand and product communications for the German market, going well beyond translation so that everything lands as if it were made for a German audience.</li><li>Act as the in-house expert on the German customer, keeping the wider team close to what is happening in the market.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Channels and content<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Manage German marketing channels day to day, including all CRM, organic social, and in-market media across PR, events, podcasts, partnerships and other paid channels, working with central and agency teams.</li><li>Brief and manage translators, freelancers, and local partners to produce high-quality, on-brand German content.</li><li>Partner the ecommerce team to keep the German storefront commercially sharp, well-merchandised, and focused on conversion.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Performance and compliance<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Track and report on German market performance, sharing clear, honest read-outs and acting on what the numbers tell you.</li><li>Work in partnership with nutrition teams to ensure all German marketing is compliant with local regulations on supplements and health claims, protecting the brand at all times.</li><li>Be a strong collaborator across the UK and International teams, flagging issues early and keeping everyone informed.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong>To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:<br/><br/><ul><li>Fluent German (native or near-native) and excellent English, with cultural fluency across both markets.</li><li>5+ years marketing management experience, ideally in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or ecommerce, and ideally in wellness, beauty, food, or a comparable consumer category.</li><li>A track record of planning and delivering marketing campaigns end to end, across multiple channels.</li><li>Working knowledge of the German market, its consumers, and the regulatory environment for supplements and health claims.</li><li>Experience managing agencies and third party suppliers independently with a proven</li><li>Comfortable picking up an established role at pace and running it independently from week one in a fast moving environment</li><li>A positive attitude and a can do approach.</li><li>A safe pair of hands. Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure, you keep plates spinning without dropping them.</li><li>A self-starter who does not need to be told twice. You take ownership, make sensible decisions, and ask for advice when required.</li><li>Brand-minded but commercially sharp.
