The ideal candidate will have strong workflow development expertise, experience integrating enterprise applications, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Purpose:</strong> Lead migration of the most complex workflows and support the architect on standards and patterns.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Migrate the most complex workflows (Large tier, &gt;100 actions), including multi-branch logic, state machines and heavy integration.</li><li>Support the architect on methodology, action-mapping standards and reusable templates.</li><li>Resolve the hardest functional/technical migration problems; review the work of consultants and developers.</li><li>Drive acceptance (recette) for complex processes with business users.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-have skills &amp; experience</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>3+ years hands-on experience in workflow/process automation; deep Nintex Automation K2 and SharePoint expertise.</li><li>Track record on complex enterprise workflow migrations.</li><li>Strong integration skills (REST/SOAP web services, SQL, AD, SmartObjects).</li><li>Fluent French (business-acceptance facing) plus English</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
