You will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role is under Arbeitnehmeruberlassung contract for 18 month.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role requires fluency in German and English</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The role requires 2-3 days onsite in Kiel.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end software development projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban).</li><li>Plan, monitor, and coordinate project activities, timelines, risks, and resources.</li><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.</li><li>Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.</li><li>Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ensure quality standards and successful project delivery.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience managing software development projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li><li>Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p>Preferred Certifications</p><ul><li>PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or PMI-ACP.</li></ul><p><br/></p> </div>
