Sometimes this means supporting a CIO on a major transformation programme. Other times it means helping a Delivery Manager find the right expertise at the right moment.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll build relationships with decision-makers across IT and Digital organizations while progressively developing your own portfolio of clients.</p><p><br/></p><p>Working hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition team, you'll recruit consultants who match both the technical challenges and the culture of our clients. Throughout their journey, you'll remain their main point of contact, supporting their development and ensuring every assignment is a success.</p><p><br/></p><p>As your activity grows, you'll naturally take ownership of your Business Unit.
