You will act as the key connector between business and technology, leading cross-functional international teams and enabling the transition toward modern, AI-enabled software engineering practices.</p><p>If you thrive in complex transformation environments, enjoy executive stakeholder engagement, and are motivated by creating measurable enterprise-wide impact, this role offers a high level of visibility and responsibility.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead a major transformational program (CHF 15M+) to harmonize and modernize the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the enterprise</li><li>Orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, operations, and data/AI functions across multiple locations</li><li>Drive executive stakeholder management and actively contribute to governance forums and steering committees</li><li>Define and support adoption of modern engineering standards and AI-readiness in collaboration with organizational change leads</li><li>Create momentum and engagement through structured communication, branding, and transformation events</li><li>Own end-to-end project governance including scope, budget, timeline, risks, dependencies, and reporting</li><li>Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes such as improved time-to-market, quality, and system resilience</li><li>Support organizational change and transition toward modern SDLC practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, SAFe)</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Profile:</strong></p><ul><li>University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Certifications required: <strong>PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA</strong></li><li>7+ years of experience in leading complex transformation or software delivery projects</li><li>4–6 years of experience within the banking or financial services environment</li><li>Proven experience in large-scale organizational and digital transformation initiatives</li><li>Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices</li><li>Experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, DevSecOps, CI/CD)</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills</li><li>Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Experience working in cross-functional, international environments</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Languages:</strong></p><ul><li>English: Fluent (mandatory)</li><li>German, Spanish, or Polish: strong asset</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Team &amp; Environment:</strong></p><p>You will join a highly international, cross-functional transformation environment with strong senior-level visibility and the mandate to shape enterprise-wide change across software engineering and technology delivery practices.</p><p></p> </div>
