With a customer-centric approach and a rapidly evolving digital marketing function, they are investing heavily in scalable demand generation and marketing automation capabilities.</p><p><br/></p><p>They are now seeking a Munich-based HubSpot Marketing Manager with expertise to drive highly targeted campaigns, optimise customer journeys, and elevate digital engagement across the business.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This is a hands-on demand generation role for a marketing professional whose experience is strongly centred around HubSpot. You will take ownership of campaign execution, marketing automation workflows, webinar programmes, website content updates, and lead nurturing initiatives designed to improve engagement and conversion across the customer lifecycle.</p><p><br/></p><p>The successful candidate will also play a key role in exploring and implementing AI-driven marketing tools and processes to improve efficiency, personalisation, and customer journey performance.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>HubSpot Campaign Management</strong></p><ul><li>Build, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns within HubSpot</li><li>Create and manage email marketing programmes, automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing journeys</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, and continuously optimise conversion and engagement metrics</li><li>Manage lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and CRM alignment to support sales effectiveness</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Webinar &amp; Digital Engagement Programmes</strong></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars from concept through post-event follow-up</li><li>Develop attendee nurture sequences and engagement strategies using HubSpot</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise webinar participation and pipeline contribution</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Customer Journey &amp; AI Enablement</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys through automation, personalisation, and AI-enabled marketing tools</li><li>Evaluate and implement AI solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness, content creation, and lead engagement</li><li>Use data and customer insights to refine targeting and improve customer experience across digital touchpoints</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Website &amp; Content Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Update and maintain website content to support campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives</li><li>Create compelling marketing content including landing pages, emails, blogs, campaign copy, and promotional materials</li><li>Ensure messaging is aligned with brand positioning and commercial objectives</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is essential</li><li>Proven background in demand generation, marketing automation, or digital campaign management</li><li>Experience building automated customer journeys and nurture campaigns within HubSpot</li><li>Comfortable managing webinars and digital engagement programmes</li><li>Experience creating marketing content and updating website content</li><li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise results</li><li>Fluent German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Desirable Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Experience evaluating or implementing AI tools within a marketing environment</li><li>Exposure to B2B SaaS or business software environments</li><li>Understanding of CRM integration and sales-marketing alignment</li><li>German language skills are beneficial but not essential</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Why Join?</strong></p><ul><li>Join a recognised market leader in business management software</li><li>Be part of a high-growth organisation expanding through innovation and acquisitions</li><li>Opportunity to shape and enhance modern demand generation capabilities</li><li>Work in a collaborative, international environment with strong career development potential</li><li>Play a visible role in advancing AI-enabled marketing initiatives</li></ul><p></p> </div>
