You’ll work closely with customers across Germany and the DACH region, acting as a trusted advisor across onboarding, optimisation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>You’ll be working with textile manufacturers across areas such as weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, apparel production, batch production, lot traceability, quality control, inventory, supply chain, and production planning.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Building strong, long-term relationships with textile manufacturing customers</li><li>Acting as the primary post-implementation contact</li><li>Supporting ERP adoption across production planning, inventory, warehouse, procurement, and supply chain modules</li><li>Advising customers on textile-specific processes and ERP best practices</li><li>Leading smaller optimisation and rollout projects</li><li>Translating customer challenges into practical workflow improvements</li><li>Collaborating with implementation, product, support, and sales teams</li><li>Driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>3–7+ years’ experience in textile manufacturing, ideally across production, planning, operations, or supply chain</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems as a user, consultant, CSM, or similar</li><li>Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and operational challenges</li><li>Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Experience managing small to mid-sized projects</li><li>Fluent German, ideally C1/C2, and strong English</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining industry expertise, customer partnership, ERP technology, and measurable operational impact.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>#CustomerSuccess #ERP #TextileManufacturing #DACHJobs #ManufacturingSoftware #CustomerSuccessManager #GermanyJobs #ERPJobs #SupplyChain #ProductionPlanning</p> </div>
