This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR analytics initiatives, ensuring data governance, and delivering advanced reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.<strong> The role is full-time and permanent.<br/><br/></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Strategic HR Analytics: Develop and implement a global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives. Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights.</li><li>Data Governance &amp; Quality: Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance (including GDPR). Define and monitor key HR KPIs.</li><li>Advanced Reporting &amp; Visualization: Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Provide data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Management: Partner with HR Business Partners, Expert Hubs, Global Business Operations, Finance, and IT. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR data trends.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to adopt emerging technologies such as machine learning and AI. Benchmark internal practices against industry standards.</li><li>HRIS &amp; Data Management: Contribute expert knowledge in mass data processing and HRIS concept creation. Ensure proper translation of concepts into technical systems and data processes.</li><li>Support for Decision Making: Implement HR metrics to determine workforce efficiency and impact.
