The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.</p><p>This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.</p>Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support &amp; Help Desk<ul><li>Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.</li><li>Respond to IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner.</li><li>Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.</li><li>Document issues, solutions, and support procedures.</li></ul>IT Operations<ul><li>Monitor IT systems, servers, and network performance.</li><li>Ensure system availability, stability, and security.</li><li>Support routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.</li><li>Assist in backup and disaster recovery processes.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure teams to improve system reliability.</li></ul>System Support Engineering<ul><li>Support enterprise applications and internal IT systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot system errors and escalate complex issues when necessary.</li><li>Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.</li><li>Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Contribute to IT process improvement and automation initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of Windows/Linux environments.</li><li>Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).</li><li>Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) is an advantage.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in enterprise IT environments.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).</li><li>Familiarity with Active Directory and user management systems.</li><li>Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).</li><li>Strong customer service mindset.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>International and collaborative IT environment.</li><li>Training and certification opportunities.</li><li>Career development and advancement pathways.</li><li>Swiss healthcare and social insurance benefits.</li></ul>Application<p>Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter for consideration.</p> </div>
