<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>German-Speaking Guidewire Business Analyst</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Germany (100% Remote)</p><p><strong>Candidates can be based anywhere within the EU</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Contract | Excellent Daily Rates | Long-Term Programme</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>We're recruiting for an experienced <strong>German-speaking Guidewire Business Analyst</strong> to join a major insurance transformation programme delivering large-scale Guidewire solutions for a leading organisation in Germany.</p><p>This is a fantastic long-term contract opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical specialists to shape and deliver complex Guidewire implementations.</p><p>Working remotely from anywhere within the EU, you'll become a key member of a high-profile programme helping drive the successful evolution of core insurance platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Work with business stakeholders to capture, analyse and document functional and business requirements.</li><li>Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.</li><li>Support the design and implementation of Guidewire solutions across insurance operations.</li><li>Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with business and technical teams.</li><li>Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Test Teams and Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Support system integration activities and ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.</li><li>Assist with UAT planning, execution, defect management and business acceptance.</li><li>Produce functional documentation, process flows, use cases and other project artefacts.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between business users, delivery teams and third-party partners.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven Business Analysis experience delivering <strong>Guidewire InsuranceSuite</strong> projects.</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of <strong>Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter</strong>.</li><li>Previous experience within Property &amp; Casualty (P&amp;C) insurance environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of insurance policy administration, claims and core insurance processes.</li><li>Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes within enterprise transformation programmes.</li><li>Knowledge of Guidewire workflows, business rules, integrations and functional configuration.</li><li>Experience supporting testing activities including UAT, defect triage and business validation.</li><li>Comfortable working alongside development, architecture and QA teams throughout delivery.</li><li>Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, with exposure to Waterfall projects considered beneficial.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across both business and IT teams.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Technical Knowledge</strong></p><p>Experience with one or more of the following would be highly beneficial:</p><ul><li>Guidewire PolicyCenter</li><li>Guidewire ClaimCenter</li><li>Guidewire integrations</li><li>REST and SOAP APIs</li><li>Web services</li><li>CRM integrations</li><li>Business process modelling</li><li>Functional specification documentation</li><li>User Stories &amp; Acceptance Criteria</li><li>UML, Process Mapping or Sequence Diagrams</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Guidewire Functional Analysis</li><li>Business Requirements Gathering</li><li>Process Analysis &amp; Optimisation</li><li>Stakeholder Management</li><li>Insurance Domain Knowledge (P&amp;C)</li><li>UAT &amp; Defect Management</li><li>Functional Documentation</li><li>Agile Delivery</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Languages</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fluent German (Essential)</strong></li><li><strong>Professional English (Essential)</strong></li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Fully remote working from anywhere within the EU</li><li>Long-term contract on a major Guidewire transformation programme</li><li>Excellent daily rates</li><li>Opportunity to work on high-profile insurance transformation initiatives</li><li>Collaborative international delivery team with long-term project stability</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>If you're an experienced <strong>Guidewire Business Analyst</strong> with strong insurance knowledge and fluent German language skills, we'd love to hear from you.
