Casualty (P&amp;C) Insurance sector to support a major transformation and digitalisation program.</p><p><br/></p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in modernising insurance operating models, core platforms, and customer facing solutions across both retail and commercial insurance environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technology teams to drive end-to-end business analysis across large-scale transformation initiatives, helping insurers optimise processes, improve customer journeys, and implement modern core insurance platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Gather, analyse, validate, and document detailed business and functional requirements across complex P&amp;C transformation programmes.</li><li>Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into fit-for-purpose technology solutions.</li><li>Produce high-quality:</li><li>Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)</li><li>Functional Specifications</li><li>User Stories / Acceptance Criteria</li><li>Process Flows / Gap Analyses</li><li>Functional Design Documentation</li><li>Support core system transformation programmes, including policy administration, claims, contract lifecycle management, partner/distribution modules, and frontend customer/sales solutions.</li><li>Advise business and IT stakeholders on:</li><li>Core insurance platform modernisation</li><li>Digital process optimisation</li><li>Functional target operating model design</li><li>Solution fit-gap assessments</li><li>Process transformation initiatives</li><li>Work closely with architecture, product, QA, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.</li><li>Facilitate workshops with senior insurance stakeholders to define business needs and transformation priorities.</li><li>Support vendor/platform selection initiatives where required.</li><li>Contribute to testing phases including UAT support, defect triage, and business validation.</li><li>Ensure functional delivery aligns with programme objectives, regulatory expectations, and operational requirements.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Essential Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the P&amp;C Insurance sector</li><li>Strong experience delivering insurance transformation / digital transformation programmes</li><li>Proven expertise across one or more of:</li><li>Policy Administration</li><li>Claims Management</li><li>Contract Management</li><li>Partner / Broker / Distribution Modules</li><li>Frontend Sales / Customer Platforms</li><li>Underwriting Workflows</li><li>Core Insurance Modernisation</li><li>Experience across retail and/or commercial insurance</li><li>Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into functional solution designs</li><li>Proven track record producing functional specifications and supporting delivery teams</li><li>Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing complex requirement lifecycles</li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance business processes</li><li>Hands-on experience with leading P&amp;C insurance platforms, particularly Guidewire.</li><li>Guidewire PolicyCenter</li><li>Guidewire ClaimCenter</li><li>Nice to have: Guidewire APD, Guidewire Jutro etc.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills &amp;
