Among the end users are leading brands such as Amazon, Bosch, Coca-Cola, DHL, Nestlé, Procter &amp; Gamble, Siemens, Walmart, and Zalando.</p><p>Headquartered in Switzerland, Interroll has a global network of 36 operating companies with sales of CHF 514.2 million and around 2,400 employees (average number of employees in 2025).</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What are my responsibilitie</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and develop a group of project managers, fostering a performance, learning‑oriented and accountable project culture</li><li>Take ownership of complex, high‑impact, or critical projects and programs and ensure delivery on time, on budget and quality</li><li>Coach and mentor project managers in leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence</li><li>Define, implement, and continuously improve project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks</li><li>Ensure transparency on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials through structured reporting and KPIs</li><li>Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across projects and interfaces</li><li>Support budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management for projects and programs</li><li>Promote continuous improvement, lessons learned, and adoption of best practices in project execution</li><li>Establish and foster global project management network within Interroll</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What do i need to qualify for this job?</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable education</li><li>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project or program management in an industrial or technology‑driven environment</li><li>Several years of leadership experience managing project managers or cross‑functional teams</li><li>Proven track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects successfully</li><li>Solid understanding of product development, engineering, and industrialization processes</li><li>Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, SAFe) is an advantage</li><li>Fluent in English; German language skills are required</li><li>Strong leadership and people development capabilities</li><li>Intercultural competence and collaboration skills</li><li>Highest level of accountability and ownership</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Please send us your application documents, stating your salary expectations and your earliest possible starting date</strong></p><p>Contact person<strong>: Jürgen Todt</strong></p><p>j.todt@interroll.com</p> </div>
