You should be comfortable thinking in architectural terms and still get things done.</p><p><br/></p><p>We care more about field experience and the right mindset than a checklist match on tech stack.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Location & Work Setup</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>We fully support home office. That said, you will have to show up in person at our office in Bassum from time to time, to keep real contact with the team, and whenever a project calls for it (workshops, for example). You must be located in reasonable distance (Northern Germany).</p><p>Short field trips are expected from time to time, usually within Europe.</p><p><br/></p><p>We offer a competitive salary. Project language is usually English.
