Someone with strong architecture skills, product intuition, and cost-aware engineering sense who can co-lead the evolution of our platform. Immediate Priorities (first 6 months) - Prototype LLM-based assistants - Develop lightweight front-end interfaces (React/TS) and APIs to test fast with pilot partners. - Set up modular AWS workflows (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, S3) for scalable deployments. - Ensure pragmatic, cost-conscious engineering decisions aligned with product milestones. Long-Term Scope - Technical vision & strategy : shape the architecture of a cloud-native SaaS platform. - API-first infrastructure : design scalable, secure APIs for simulation and agent workflows. - Product-driven engineering : turn complex requirements into clean, modular features. - Company-building : contribute to roadmap, investor readiness, and hiring future engineers. Who You Are - Based in Berlin and available for in-person collaboration during the KIEZ program. - 3+ years experience as a full-stack or backend engineer - Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), API design, infra-as-code, CI/CD. - Curious and hands-on with LLM/AI integration (prompting, APIs, or RAG pipelines). - Bonus : experience in fintech, energy, or SaaS/ML platforms. You’re someone who: - Can move fast without breaking things—but knows when to slow down and design properly. - Aligns engineering decisions with business and product goals. - Values security, clarity, and performance.
