As a <strong>Full Stack Engineer</strong>, you will be a core contributor to the platform — owning features end-to-end, architecting scalable backend systems, and helping shape how businesses connect their data to AI workflows. This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany. <strong>Visa sponsorship is not available.<br/><br/></strong>What You'll Do<br/><br/><ul><li>Build and ship high-quality full-stack features using TypeScript and React, with a strong focus on seamless user experience. </li><li>Design and implement robust backend systems capable of handling massive data scale and millions of API requests. </li><li>Take full end-to-end ownership of features — from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing operation. </li><li>Debug production incidents, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes. </li><li>Synchronize and index terabytes of client data while managing fine-grained permissions. </li><li>Operate and optimize systems that process millions of LLM calls per month with high reliability. </li><li>Architect and scale environments that spawn thousands of secure code sandboxes per day. </li><li>Build foundational infrastructure to enable rapid onboarding of custom integrations. </li><li>Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar through thorough, constructive code reviews. </li><li>Collaborate closely with AI integration and product teams to shape the user experience on the platform. <br/><br/></li></ul>What We're Looking For<br/><br/><strong>Must-have:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. </li><li>Proven experience with Kubernetes-based deployment and container orchestration. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines in production environments. </li><li>Strong track record building and scaling backend services for high data volumes and millions of API requests, with a focus on reliability and security. </li><li>Ability to own features completely — from design decisions through debugging live production issues. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Nice to have:<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Experience with Python, tRPC, or similar backend technologies. </li><li>Familiarity with GenAI platforms or LLM integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar). </li><li>Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading technical code reviews. </li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth product environment. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year</li><li>Hybrid work arrangement — primarily based in Munich, Germany</li><li>Work on a core platform with real daily user impact in the AI/ML space</li><li>Small, collaborative team with strong engineering culture and direct influence on product direction<br/><br/></li></ul>Location<br/><br/>This is a <strong>hybrid position based in Munich, Germany</strong>.
