You'll shape the product vision and strategy across Web, Desktop, and Mobile — partnering directly with the CTPO, engineering, and design to build AI-first, agentic experiences used by sales teams across Europe. You'll have end-to-end ownership and a real opportunity to build the product organization from the ground up.<br/><br/>What You'll Do<br/><br/><ul><li>Co-own and shape the product vision and strategy together with the CTPO.</li><li>Own product discovery and delivery end-to-end — from problem definition through launch and iteration.</li><li>Design and build AI-first and agentic product experiences across the platform.</li><li>Drive cross-platform product coherence across Web, Desktop, and Mobile.</li><li>Establish and scale product processes, tooling, and organizational practices as the team grows.</li><li>Align cross-functional teams — engineering, design, and leadership — through clear communication and stakeholder management.<br/><br/></li></ul>What We're Looking For<br/><br/><strong>Required<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on engineering-heavy, technically complex products.</li><li>Fluency in German (dealbreaker — required for this role).</li><li>Proven track record delivering AI-powered features or products and managing the AI product lifecycle.</li><li>Experience as a Founding PM or Lead PM, with demonstrated ability to set strategy and build from scratch.</li><li>Strong end-to-end ownership mindset — from discovery through delivery and iteration.</li><li>Experience leading and aligning cross-functional teams (engineering, design, executives).</li><li>Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to define success metrics and KPIs.</li><li>Strong technical fundamentals — either through a technical education or hands-on engineering background.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Nice To Have<br/><br/></strong><ul><li>Background in sales tech, CRM integrations, or enterprise SaaS.</li><li>Experience working at a high-growth early-stage startup.<br/><br/></li></ul>Location &amp; Work Arrangement<br/><br/>This role is based <strong>on-site in Munich, Germany</strong>. The team is small (under 50 people) and backed by reputable European investors. </div>
