This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimising integrated digital campaigns to support licensing and commercial objectives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial and pipeline goals </li><li>Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels </li><li>Drive lead generation, nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives </li><li>Manage end-to-end campaign execution (briefing, content, deployment, reporting) </li><li>Optimise campaign performance using data insights and stakeholder feedback </li><li>Lead email marketing programmes including segmentation and automation </li><li>Develop and manage digital content (landing pages, emails, webinars, social media) </li><li>Oversee website content, user experience, and conversion optimisation </li><li>Contribute to SEO/AEO strategies and performance tracking </li><li>Collaborate with CRM and marketing operations teams for effective lead management </li><li>Provide clear performance reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Skills & Experience (Essential)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Life Sciences, or related field </li><li>5+ years’ experience in digital marketing </li><li>Proven experience delivering integrated digital campaigns with measurable impact </li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email automation, and web analytics </li><li>Experience with tools such as Marketo (or similar), Salesforce (or CRM), and Google Analytics (GA4) </li><li>Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively </li><li>Experience in B2B or complex technical environments </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li>Background in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or CRO/CDMO </li><li>Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress) </li><li>Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance </li><li>Experience working with external agencies </li><li>Familiarity with long sales cycles and consultative marketing </li><li>Fluent English (German is a plus) </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work on high-impact global marketing initiatives </li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment </li><li>Potential for contract extension or permanent opportunity </li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Eligibility</strong></p><p>Applicants must be EU/Swiss citizens or hold a valid Swiss work permit.</p> </div>
