Job Title: Data Analyst – QMS / Data Migration Location: Visp, Switzerland Workplace Model: On-site 3–4 days per week Contract Duration: 6 months Role Overview We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data migration , data analysis , and system implementation activities related to Quality Management System (QMS) documents . The role plays a key part in the local deployment of the Veeva Vault system and ongoing collaboration with business and quality stakeholders. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Support data migration activities related to QMS documentation Perform data analysis and data quality activities for QMS documents Support the implementation and local deployment of the Veeva Vault system Provide post-implementation support and ensure system stabilization Cooperate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Quality, IT, and business teams Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within a GMP-regulated environment Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves) High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology , or equivalent professional experience 1–3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment , preferably in: Quality Systems Documentation Digital Quality Hands-on experience with Veeva Knowledge , Veeva Vault , or similar electronic document / knowledge management systems Proven experience in: Data migration Data analysis Data quality management Strong IT affinity with the ability to work confidently with digital systems and structured data Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with diverse stakeholders Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
