You’ll act as a trusted advisor, technical expert, and driver of DevOps culture and best practices:</p><p><br/></p><p>• Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable IT architectures.</p><p>• Lead DevOps initiatives across client environments and projects.</p><p>• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.</p><p>• Develop AI-driven automation solutions and support Sovereign AI platforms.</p><p>• Ensure system reliability, security, and operational stability.</p><p>• Advise clients on DevOps tools, technologies, and engineering best practices.</p><p>• Identify technical and business opportunities together with clients.</p><p>• Run workshops, mentor teams, and promote knowledge sharing.</p><p><br/></p><p>🎯 What we’re looking for</p><p>• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, and software engineering.</p><p>• Completed IT-related university degree (mandatory).</p><p>• Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or STACKIT.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Ansible.</p><p>• Experience with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.</p><p>• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, security, and networking fundamentals.</p><p>• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle — from implementation to production.</p><p>• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.</p><p>• Willingness to travel depending on project needs.</p><p>• German level C1 minimum and strong English skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>✨ Your focus</p><p>Drive cloud transformation and DevOps excellence, accelerate automation adoption, and help clients build secure, scalable, and future-ready platforms powered by modern cloud and AI technologies.</p> </div>
