The engagement is focused on operations, support, infrastructure optimization, and cloud migration rather than new product development.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong><u>Scope &amp; Deliverables</u></strong></p><p>Incident analysis and root-cause investigation on technical infrastructure issues; log inspection and correlation using tools such as Kibana and CloudWatch; support for infrastructure architecture decisions; performance testing support and analysis with optimization recommendations; application sizing and release support from test environments to production; creation and maintenance of operational documentation; monitoring setup and maintenance using Kibana, Prometheus, Grafonnet, and OpenTelemetry; infrastructure improvement suggestions; <strong><em>on-call support rotation of one week every six to eight weeks.</em></strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong><em>1 DAY PER WEEK IN VIENNA PER MONTH</em></strong></p> </div>
