Yours will fly.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll design radar systems that detect what's buried in the ground or hidden from view - then deploy them on drones that fly over real terrain.</p><p><br/></p><p>Well funded defence-tech startup building AI-powered sensors. First government customers already ordering and testing the prototypes.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll work directly with the founders in a small, early team where your decisions shape the technical direction from day one.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll own the low-level design and architecture - the robust foundations spanning POC, MVP and production.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll build the software process: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, alerting, so the product can ship to customers at any moment.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll design, assemble and test advanced radar systems, including drone-based configurations.</p><p><br/></p><p>Stack: C, C++, Python; CI/CD, containerisation, cloud infra, monitoring; real-time and signal-intensive data pipelines.</p><p><br/></p><p>You'll need hands-on C/C++/Python, a strong systems-design and dev-ops background, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving team.</p><p><br/></p><p>Radar, SAR, RF, UAV or robotics experience is a strong plus - defence-grade sensor work even more so.</p><p><br/></p><p>Suitable for engineers who understand the low level and want to build a whole product, not polish a feature.</p><p><br/></p><p>High agency, hands-on, comfortable when the work leaves the screen and hits the field.
