It covers a large spectrum of interfaces, from very critical order processing to more regular analytical systems. </li><li> The Data Ops team is supporting global systems serving the entire group worldwide. </li><li> As our platform and data landscape evolve, we would like to strengthen our team with a skilled Data Engineer specialised in Talend and enterprise‑grade ETL / ESB integrations. </li><li> As the technological landscape continues to evolve, our integration framework is modernising likewise. Microservices, API gateway management and Kafka are all technologies at the centre of this team. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Main Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Design, implement and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines (batch and near real time) using Qlik Talend and related integration components. </li><li> Develop and operate ESB‑style integrations between core banking systems, data platforms and downstream applications, ensuring robustness, scalability and reusability. </li><li> Take operational ownership of Talend (change management, data quality management, SLA monitoring, SOPs and runbooks). </li><li> Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of critical data pipelines, including incident analysis, root cause identification and implementation of preventive measures. </li><li> Apply CI/CD practices using the existing framework to automate and streamline deployments and configuration changes. </li><li> Implement controls using the observability framework, ensuring service continuity and accuracy. </li><li> Create, maintain and improve documentation and operational procedures for the data integrations under your ownership. </li><li> Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (application owners, architects, business analysts, data consumers) to design integration patterns and improve governance around data flows. </li><li> Contribute to the standardisation and industrialisation of integration patterns, promoting convergence, normalisation and reusability across projects. </li><li> Stay current with advancements in data engineering, ETL/ESB technologies and cloud‑based integration platforms to support continuous improvement of our DataOps capabilities. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Skills And Experience<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> At least 5 years of proven hands‑on experience in data engineering and data integration, with a strong focus on ETL/ELT pipelines and ESB‑style integrations. </li><li> Solid experience with Qlik Talend ETL and ESB on‑premise, including job design, orchestration, error handling and performance optimisation. </li><li> Strong ETL / data modelling skills, including handling of large datasets, complex transformations and integration of heterogeneous data sources. </li><li> Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases and/or cloud data platforms. </li><li> Experience with CI/CD practices and tools in a hybrid environment (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) applied to data integration components. </li><li> Familiarity with ESB concepts, API‑based integrations, messaging and event‑driven patterns is a strong plus. </li><li> Experience with data quality, metadata management and data lineage tools or frameworks is an asset. </li><li> Enjoy providing operational support on Talend jobs and data integration workflows (incident analysis, troubleshooting). </li><li> Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders. </li><li> Rigorous and methodical in documentation, process creation and change management. </li><li> High interest in standardisation, convergence and reusability of integration components. </li><li> Curious, enthusiastic and proactive, with a hands‑on mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow in a demanding environment. </li><li> Passionate about data processing and integration technologies. </li><li> Fluent in spoken and written English; French is an asset. <br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Our Values<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> Accountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges, as well as seeking continuous improvement. </li><li> Hands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality results. </li><li> Passionate: Being committed and striving for excellence. </li><li> Solution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindset. </li><li> Partnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
