The objective is for them to join the Transformation Office as a Senior member and to drive strategic, operational, and digital transformation initiatives tailored to the specific culture, risk profile, and client-centric model EFG. MBA-qualified would be a plus, with strong execution capabilities and deep understanding of front-to-back private banking operations.<br/><br/><strong>Main Responsibilities<br/><br/></strong><em>Enterprise & Strategic Transformation<br/><br/></em><ul><li>Drive bank-wide transformation initiatives aligned with the long-term strategy of EFG</li><li>Translate strategic priorities (growth, efficiency, client experience) into concrete transformation roadmaps.</li><li>Support Executive Committee members in strategy execution and transformation governance.</li><li>Prepare decision material for senior management and Board-level discussions<br/><br/></li></ul><em>Operating Model & Process Excellence<br/><br/></em><ul><li>Design and implement target operating models adapted to a relationship-driven private banking environment.</li><li>Support optimization of front-to-back processes across:</li><ul><li> Client Relationship Management and Client Advisory</li><li> Investment Services and Portfolio Management</li><li> Operations and Middle Office</li></ul><li>Lead cost-efficiency and productivity initiatives while preserving service quality and client experience<br/></li></ul><em>Digital & Data Transformation<br/><br/></em><ul><li>Lead business-driven digital initiatives including:</li><ul><li> CRM and client lifecycle management</li><li> Advisory and portfolio management tools</li><li> Process automation (workflow digitization, RPA, AI use cases)</li></ul><li>Act as bridge between business, IT, and data teams to ensure adoption and value realization.</li><li>Promote data-driven management through dashboards, KPIs, and management information.<br/></li></ul><em>Regulatory & Risk-Driven Change<br/><br/></em><ul><li>Manage transformation initiatives related to FINMA regulation, AML/KYC, suitability, cross-border rules.</li><li>Ensure regulatory changes are embedded pragmatically into business processes.</li><li>Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Internal Audit.<br/><br/></li></ul><em>Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement<br/><br/></em><ul><li>Act as an internal change leader and sparring partner for senior executives and department heads.</li><li>Drive change management: communication, training, and adoption across the organization.</li><li>Manage resistance to change in a traditional private banking culture.<br/><br/></li></ul><em>Program & Delivery Management<br/><br/></em><ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives:</li><ul><li>
