<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> As <strong>Data Analyst,</strong> you play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across one of LYNX’s most strategic product and business domains.<br/><br/>We are looking for four Data Analysts to join one of our core squads: <strong>Onboarding</strong>, <strong>Demand Capture</strong>, <strong>Client Experience</strong>, or <strong>Client &amp; Product Integrity</strong>.<br/><br/><ul><li>Onboarding Squad: Analyze and improve the customer onboarding journey to make it faster, smoother, and more efficient.</li><li>Demand Capture Squad: Use data to understand customer interest and help turn prospects into qualified leads and customers.</li><li>Client Experience Squad: Analyze client behavior, feedback, and platform usage to improve the trading experience, increase loyalty, and reduce churn.</li><li>Client and Product Integrity Squad: Support smarter, data-driven compliance and due diligence processes tailored to client needs and risk profiles.<br/><br/></li></ul>In this role, you will help turn data into actionable insights that improve client journeys, optimize commercial performance, strengthen compliance processes, and support better business decisions.<br/><br/>You will own the full lifecycle of data-driven discovery, from connecting and exploring data to modelling, visualizing, and deploying solutions. Your work will directly influence how we grow, serve, and protect our clients.<br/><br/><strong>What You’ll Do<br/><br/></strong><ul><li> End-to-End Analytics Ownership: Own the full process of data-driven discovery, from sourcing and exploring data to modelling, dashboarding, and delivering scalable solutions.</li><li> Business Problem Solving: Translate complex business challenges into practical, data-based solutions that create measurable impact.</li><li> Dashboard &amp; KPI Development: Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tracking models that support decision-making and performance management over time.</li><li> Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to understand priorities and turn questions into insights.</li><li> Data Exploration &amp; Insight Generation: Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and growth levers.</li><li> Experimentation &amp; Optimization: Support testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement initiatives with strong analytical input.</li><li> Data Quality &amp; Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics outputs.</li><li> Squad Impact Contribution: Depending on your squad, contribute to improving onboarding flows, lead conversion, client loyalty, churn reduction, or smarter compliance processes.<br/><br/></li></ul><strong>Who You Are<br/><br/></strong>You are a curious and proactive analyst who enjoys solving business problems with data.
