Then join our Marketing department in Leverkusen as </p><p><strong>Coordinator Digital Advertising Strategy & Innovation (m/f/d)</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Marketing inspired by you - Your tasks</strong></p><p>Beyond campaign execution, our team plays a key role in advancing media personalization and optimizing the end-to-end consumer journey across paid media touchpoints — ensuring that every interaction is relevant, data-driven, data privacy-mindful and contributes to a seamless brand experience. Together with the Digital Advertising Personalization team and the Paid Media Channel Operations team, we form a central hub of expertise — combining strategy, execution, and personalization capabilities to continuously drive media effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation at scale.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the planning and coordination of cross-channel paid media activities, including paid social, search, programmatic and display</li><li>Preparing input for media mix planning by consolidating performance data, benchmarks and market feedback</li><li>Supporting the coordination of central agency and publisher interactions, including follow-ups, documentation and meeting preparation</li><li>Working closely with the Paid Media Channel Operations team to support campaign execution and continuous optimization</li><li>Supporting the preparation and coordination of tests for new advertising approaches, tools and formats within a privacy-compliant framework</li><li>Monitoring and analyzing paid media performance and preparing insights, summaries and optimization recommendations</li><li>Contributing to KPI tracking, reporting structures and performance documentation</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Consumer Intelligence, Consumer Analytics and Website to support integrated campaign execution</li><li>Helping document learnings from tests and supporting the scaling of successful approaches into broader campaign activities</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Passion meets power - Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or vocational education with additional relevant qualification</li><li>2 years relevant professional experience in digital marketing or advertising (agency or in-house)</li><li>Basic to good understanding of paid media channels such as paid social, search, programmatic or display</li><li>Familiarity with major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or similar tools</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and prepare clear insights</li><li>First experience in working with agencies, publishers or external marketing partners is an advantage</li><li>Structured, proactive and detail-oriented way of working</li><li>Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and functions</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach</li><li>Ability to manage several topics in parallel and follow up reliably</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working model with up to 3 days of home office per week</li><li>Attractive compensation package including bonus, 30 days of annual leave, and additional days off during Christmas and New Year</li><li>Learning and development opportunities in an international environment</li><li>Access to employee car programs and additional company benefits</li><li>Health initiatives, fitness programs, and on-site cafeteria</li><li>Company pension scheme, employee events, as well as free parking and EV charging facilities</li><li>Modern office location directly on the Rhine River</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your application</strong></p><p>If you like to go the extra mile, to grow and develop, to tackle new challenges, then we share a passion.
