The team is dedicated to delivering premium travel experiences tailored to the needs of discerning travelers.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> </p><p><br/></p><p>This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator &amp; Multimedia Specialist role based in Opfikon (Zürich), Switzerland. The role involves planning, producing, and publishing engaging visual and written content across digital channels, including social media, the company website, and marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include capturing and editing photos and videos of aircraft, destinations, and brand experiences, as well as creating stories, posts, and short-form videos to showcase the Haute Aviation lifestyle. The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop content calendars, align messaging with brand guidelines, and support campaigns, events, and partnerships. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights, and maintaining an organized digital asset library.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing, including experience with professional cameras and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).</li><li>Proficiency in creating digital and social media content (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), including short-form video, reels, stories, and posts tailored to specific audiences.</li><li>Experience in graphic design and multimedia production, with the ability to create on-brand visuals, layouts, and simple motion graphics.</li><li>Excellent writing and storytelling abilities in English for captions, short articles, and marketing copy; German language skills are a strong advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, including content planning, basic SEO for web content, and performance tracking using analytics tools.</li><li>Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.</li><li>Comfort working on-site around aircraft and airport environments, with attention to safety, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Relevant education or training in media production, communications, marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>Prior experience in luxury, travel, aviation, or hospitality industries is a plus, as is a personal interest in aviation and premium lifestyle brands.</li></ul> </div>
