You'll manage a portfolio of corporate clients, from onboarding through the life of the relationship, and make sure they're getting real value from EBRAND's tools and services.</p><p><br/></p><p>Day to day, you'll track how clients are using our platforms, spot ways to improve their results, and step in early when something's not working. You'll work with our internal teams to resolve issues fast, and you'll prepare reports that show clients what we've done and what's next.</p><p><br/></p><p>Beyond the everyday account work, you'll advise clients on how to handle digital risk and brand protection, catch problems before they escalate, and help us get better at what we do. This is a relationship-first role: the goal is clients who trust you and stick around.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Qualities and Qualifications</strong></p><p><br/></p><ul><li>You know how to keep clients satisfied and coming back, not just this quarter but for years.</li><li>You build real relationships. Clients trust you, and you follow through on what you say.</li><li>You can read client data, spot what it means, and turn it into a recommendation someone can act on.</li><li>You've worked in account management, client success, or another client-facing role, ideally in SaaS, digital services, or brand protection.</li><li>You write and speak clearly in English, and another language such as German or Spanish. Extra languages on top of that will help too.</li><li>You can work independently and remotely, juggle multiple clients, and coordinate with teams across the company.</li><li>You know your way around digital risk, online brand protection, or domain management, or you're ready to learn fast.</li><li>You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or you've picked up the equivalent on the job.</li></ul> </div>
