At our locations in Sassnitz/Rügen, Rostock, and Hamburg, we combine tradition with innovation and are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the highest standards.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Health & Safety Manager (w/m/d)</strong> to join our team in <strong>Sassnitz (Rügen)</strong>.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p><ul><li>Implementation of the group's SHE standards at local level, including conducting internal audits, incident management and training</li><li>Ensuring compliance with legal and group-internal SHE requirements, preparing for external and internal audits, managing SHE documentation</li><li>Leading accident investigations and implementing measures to prevent damage, emergency management and conducting ergonomic workplace assessments</li><li>Supporting plant management in developing and implementing a SHE improvement plan to align with group strategy</li><li>Conducting SHE training courses, promoting safety culture and organizing competence analyses</li><li>Implementing measures to reduce environmental impacts (e.g. noise reduction, waste management) and improving operational sustainability in cooperation with the local SHE manager at the Sassnitz site</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Several years of professional experience as a SHE manager in (food) production or FMCG industry</li><li>Successfully completed SIFA (Occupational Safety Specialist) certification</li><li>Extensive knowledge in implementing and controlling SHE standards, analytical thinking to solve complex safety issues and the ability to work efficiently in an international environment</li><li>Hands-on mentality combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluent German and very good English language skills</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly between Hamburg, Rostock and Sassnitz</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Permanent employment contract in a future‑oriented company with a diverse and varied working environment</li><li>40‑hour work week with flexible working hours</li><li>Employer contribution to the company pension scheme</li><li>Company Car and free parking</li><li>Subsidy for the job ticket / Germany Ticket</li><li>Support with moving to Sassnitz</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>About Us</strong></p><p>Thai Union Group, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, is the world’s leading trusted seafood company.
