We need a Business Intelligence Analyst who sits across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations and builds the single source of truth the whole company runs on.<br/><br/><strong><strong>What You'll Do<br/><br/></strong></strong><ul><li>Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership and department leads real-time visibility into the metrics that actually matter</li><li>Work closely with Sales and Customer Success, tracking pipeline health, client usage, and retention signals in HubSpot</li><li>Analyze data across departments to surface trends, risks, and opportunities before they become obvious</li><li>Improve data quality and CRM hygiene as the company scales</li><li>Support the founders and team leads with ad-hoc analyses and strategic deep dives</li><li>Build automation and workflows that reduce manual reporting across the business<br/><br/></li></ul><strong><strong>What You'll Bring<br/><br/></strong></strong><ul><li>Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a strategic operations role</li><li>Strong SQL skill ands-on experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar</li><li>Solid CRM experience, HubSpot preferred</li><li>Commercial thinking: you understand how metrics connect to business outcomes, not just how to visualize them</li><li>Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. You build models, not just tables</li><li>Clear communication.
