Working closely with Finance, Sales and Operations, you will turn data into actionable business insights, support financial planning activities and help drive business growth through informed decision-making.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial awareness and enjoys partnering with stakeholders across the business to solve complex challenges.<br/><br/></p>Responsibilities<br/><br/><ul><li>Analyse commercial, financial and operational performance across the region.</li><li>Develop business cases to support strategic investments and growth initiatives.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks.</li><li>Partner with Sales teams to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Extract, structure and analyse data from ERP and business intelligence platforms.</li><li>Produce management reporting and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense or Tableau.</li><li>Support ERP transformation projects, including system upgrades and migrations.</li><li>Participate in data integration and EDI-related projects with external partners and suppliers.</li><li>Challenge assumptions, improve processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.<br/><br/></li></ul>Requirements<br/><br/><ul><li>Experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Analytics, FP&amp;A, Business Intelligence or a similar analytical role.</li><li>Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense or Tableau is preferred.</li><li>Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations, ERP transformations or EDI integration projects would be advantageous.</li><li>Fluent English,German and French are essential; Italian would be a strong plus.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across Finance, Sales and Operations.</li><li>Quick learner with a proactive, commercially minded and solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Comfortable challenging assumptions and providing data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Motivated to contribute to long-term business growth and performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Please note, only those shortlisted will be contacted and only those with the right to work in Switzerland will be considered.<br/></strong></p><p></p> </div>
