<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>AI Engineer (Generative AI &amp; Data Automation)</strong></p><p>We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to support the implementation of Claude-based AI solutions across R&amp;D, Quality, and Manufacturing environments.</p><p>The role focuses on automating repetitive data processes, unlocking historical data, and improving data analysis workflows. This is a highly practical role requiring daily coding, rapid prototyping, and direct interaction with real-world data.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Automating repetitive data preparation and analysis workflows to reduce manual effort</li><li>Building systems that enable access to and reuse of historical data across R&amp;D and manufacturing</li><li>Developing AI-driven tools using Claude (LLM) to support data analysis and decision-making</li><li>Creating intelligent search and analysis capabilities across structured and unstructured data</li><li>Writing production-level code to build, test, and deploy AI solutions</li><li>Developing and maintaining data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and output generation</li><li>Supporting analysis of manufacturing data to identify trends, patterns, and key scenarios</li><li>Contributing to simplification of quality processes (e.g. documentation, reporting)</li><li>Rapidly prototyping and iterating AI use cases within a short delivery timeframe</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong hands-on programming experience (ideally Python)</li><li>Experience working with Generative AI / LLMs (Claude strongly preferred)</li><li>Proven ability to build and deploy real AI applications, not just prototypes</li><li>Experience with data processing, APIs, or workflow automation</li><li>Comfortable coding daily in a fast-moving, exploratory environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business needs into solutions</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with data retrieval or knowledge systems (e.g. RAG-type approaches)</li><li>Exposure to scientific, industrial, or manufacturing data environments</li><li>Experience working in regulated industries (medtech, pharma, diagnostics)</li></ul><p>NOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. <strong>Candidates must have the right to work in Switzerland (e.g., EU citizens or valid Swiss work permit).</strong></p> </div>
