<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Tasks and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Planning and coordinating the overall testing approach for SIT and UAT</li><li>Preparing, documenting, maintaining, and executing test cases, including regression tests</li><li>Coordinating and tracking defects, ensuring clear documentation, prioritisation, and resolution follow-up</li><li>Supporting business users during UAT and facilitating structured business sign-off</li><li>Ensuring test progress, results, and risks are transparently reported to the project team</li><li>Contributing to go-live readiness by confirming that testing completion criteria and quality gates are met</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-have criteria</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as Business Analyst and/or Tester Specialist in IT transformation or regulatory projects</li><li>Strong experience in SIT and UAT, including test case preparation, execution, and regression testing</li><li>Ability to work with business and IT stakeholders as well as external vendors</li><li>Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA or equivalent)</li><li>Familiarity with structured testing methodologies and test documentation standards</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business, IT, and vendor team</li><li>Structured, detail oriented, and quality focused working style</li><li>Ability to work independently in a time critical environment</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>High sense of responsibility and reliability, especially in regulatory projects</li><li>Team oriented, with the ability to support and guide business users during testing phases</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Nice-to-have criteria</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with SWIFT-based processes and message flows is an advantage</li><li>ISTQB Foundation or similar testing certification recommended but not mandatory</li><li>Prior internal or external training in SWIFT messaging considered an advantage</li><li>Basic knowledge of German is advantageous</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Contract duration</strong></p><ul><li>5 months with option of extension</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Language requirements</strong></p><ul><li>English - Fluent</li></ul> </div>
