<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p><strong>Tasks & Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review the existing PEP process and define new process steps and controls</li><li>Gather requirements by conducting interviews and collaborating with stakeholders, including Compliance and Risk Management</li><li>Create detailed functional requirements documentation</li><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory requirements</li><li>Plan the integration of new data fields</li><li>Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements</li><li>Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets business requirements</li><li>Collaborate with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identify defects or issues</li><li>Develop change management plans to minimize disruptions during implementation</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management</li><li>Communicate development plans, timelines, and progress to stakeholders</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Must-have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a Business Analyst (at least 2–3 years)</li><li>Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management</li><li>Knowledge of PEP databases</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment</li><li>Curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions</li><li>Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Contract duration</strong></p><ul><li>3 months with option of extension</li></ul><p></p> </div>
