Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and act as the primary point of support for system users.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do<br/><br/></strong><li>Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency</li><li>Independently gather and document requirements for new functionalities or enhancements to employee experience systems Sparring's partner for Business and IT application teams to ensure continuous improvement of processes and minimization of error sources </li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for system users, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions as well as escalating complex issues to second-level support or relevant teams as needed</li><li>Maintain and update the Knowledge Hub, ensuring the availability of accurate and comprehensive resources for system users</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with IT processes and systems<br/><br/><br/></li><strong>What You'll Bring<br/><br/></strong><li>Currently studying or recently graduated in Software Engineering or related filed</li><li>High attention to detail with experience in business analysis or systems management</li><li>1-2 years-experience in a similar role</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience using Jira or similar project management tools </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li><li>Excellent organization skills and ability to work cross functional </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail<br/><br/><br/></li>, Tesla </div>
