<div class="show-more-less-html__markup show-more-less-html__markup--clamp-after-5 relative overflow-hidden"> <p>For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) (HC Transformation Projects) in Böblingen.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Purpose of the Role</strong></p><p>The Business Analyst supports the GHCX transformation by bridging process design, business requirements, and reporting needs, ensuring alignment between processes, data, and analytics.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your tasks:</strong></p><p><strong>Process Design Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support design of global HC processes (L3/L4) aligned with Workday</li><li>Identify gaps vs. standard processes and document deviations</li><li>Contribute to Process documentation (flows, SIPOC, etc.) and definition of regional exceptions</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements Engineering</strong></p><ul><li>Translate business needs into Functional requirements and Reporting requirements</li><li>Ensure alignment between Process design, Data structures, and Reporting needs</li><li>Ensure user-focused and easy to understand dashboard and report development</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Analytics Alignment</strong></p><ul><li>Derive reporting requirements from process design</li><li>Align with HC stakeholders and Data Warehouse / reporting teams</li><li>Support definition of KPIs, Reporting logic, Data models</li></ul><p><strong>Implementation Support</strong></p><ul><li>Support validation of Process implementation in Workday and Reporting outputs</li><li>Participate in Testing phases (UAT) and Feedback loops with business stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul><li>Act as interface between HC business teams, Process &amp; Data workstream, and IT / Reporting teams</li><li>Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Your Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>Must-have</strong></p><ul><li>min 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in transformation projects</li><li>Experience in process design (e.g., APQC, BPMN)</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements</li><li>Experience with reporting / analytics requirements</li><li>Experience in Workday or HCM transformations</li><li>Understanding of data models and reporting architectures</li><li>Experience in global / cross-regional environments</li></ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Our offer to you:</strong></p><ul><li>An exciting environment and cutting-edge projects at global brands and hidden champions</li><li>Personal and individual support by our Account Managers and HR team</li><li>2 days Home Office</li><li>Be part of the Nash direct team and connect with your colleagues throughout Germany.</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Interested?
