The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis, process design, and supporting MVP deliveries across modern banking platforms and channels.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• End-to-end business analysis for Daily Banking processes</p><p>• Capture and document business requirements and functional specifications</p><p>• Design and optimize business processes across channels and platforms, including: </p><p>o Payments and Cards</p><p>o Digital and branch channels</p><p>• Support solution design</p><p>• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors during design and delivery</p><p>Required Skills &amp; Experience</p><p>• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in retail / daily banking</p><p>• Strong knowledge of payments, cards, and deposit products</p><p>• Experience working on digital banking platforms and core banking integrations</p><p>• Familiarity with modern core banking platforms (e.g., Thought Machine) is a strong advantage</p><p>• Strong communication, structured documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills</p><p>Language &amp; Location</p><p>• C1 German in speaking &amp; writing skills</p><p></p> </div>
