The candidate will ensure smooth communication, project coordination, and operational efficiency while managing stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Serve as the primary point of contact between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams.</p><p>• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams.</p><p>• Facilitate effective communication in German and English to ensure clarity of requirements.</p><p>• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.</p><p>• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.</p><p>• Identify risks and issues early and coordinate mitigation strategies.</p><p>• Support planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities.</p><p>• Conduct and participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and processes.</p><p>• Assist in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.</p><p><br/></p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Required Qualifications</p><p>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.</p><p>• Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.</p><p>• Proven experience (5–8 years) in onsite coordination / project coordination / client-facing roles.</p><p>• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).</p><p>• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>• Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.</p><p>• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Preferred Skills</p><p>• Experience in IT services, consulting, or engineering environments.</p><p>• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or ServiceNow.</p><p>• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).</p><p>• Experience working with offshore delivery models.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p>Key Competencies</p><p>• Strong coordination and multitasking skills</p><p>• Attention to detail and quality orientation</p><p>• Customer-focused mindset</p><p>• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines</p><p>• Proactive and solution-driven approach</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p> </div>
